The online training is not related to a certification, but is based on a user guide named Companion, the E-training tool of Dassault Systèmes.

Each online Training course lasts approximately 30 days and includes a series of tests in order to show end-users their learning curves, and/or indicates which material they might want to go back over to get a better understanding.

ONLINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT.

We offer 3 types of technical support for all online courses. This allows every user to chose the appropriate amount of support according to their acquired knowledge on the subject.

Under each course, you will find a sub-menu with the following options :

-Silver: Course with 25% technical support.

-Gold: Course with 50% technical support.

-Platinum: Course with 75% technical support.

• Each level of technical support corresponds to a given percentage in relation with the length of each course.

Each option represents a different level of support (Silver being the option with the lesser amount of support, and Platinum being the option with the most amount of support). These support options allow a custom tailored course offering according to each user’s specific needs.

In order to meet all customer satisfaction, all technical support that has not been used will automatically be taken into account and added to future courses the user may take.

Advantages of the on-line training:

The online training uses the web and is compatible with all major browsers. It allows users to follow the training on line, at their moment of choice, avoiding planning constraints and the need for an on-site instructor. Also, it allows continuing training in their work environment.
